It has been 50 thrilling years since Volkswagen Motorsport was founded at the 1966 Formula Vee competition. Following this, Motorsport began to compete in endurance racing and focus on youth development in Formula racing. They have achieved many great things since their inception, most notably the title hat-trick at the Dakar Rally and in the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC).
In order to properly celebrate this occasion, Volkswagen has compiled an information package that offers a behind the scenes look at Volkswagen Motorsport’s development, involvement, and successes.
